Description

How It Works:

When measuring surface roughness, the GOYOJO Surface Roughness Tester places the sensor on the surface and then uniformly slides it along the surface using the internal mechanism. The sensor captures surface roughness with its sharp built-in probe. This roughness causes displacement in the probe, leading to a change in the induction quantity of the induction coil, thereby generating an analog signal proportional to the surface roughness at the output of the phase-sensitive rectifier.
